Softball Food Vendor Information


Greater Altoona Girls Softball Association will consider applications from food vendors wanting to setup a mobile food truck/unit/tent at GAGSA hosted events at Sam Wise Softball Complex. Vendor applicatons will collected from September-March. Vendor applicatoins will be reviewed by the GAGSA board in April. No new vendor applicaitons will be considered for the current softball season after April 1st. 


Once approved as a vendor for an event, the information below will be required and copies must be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. Vendors will not be permitted if any of these items are missing or not current. 



1. State of Iowa Temporary Food Establishment License: Found Here 

2. City of Altoona, Iowa Mobile Food Vendor Permit:  Found Here 

3. Certificate of general liability insurance in the amount of $1 million or more per occurrence and $1 million for property damange. 

4. Detiled menu of all items being sold including pricing, ingredients, and allergy information.
