The Greater Altoona Girls Softball Association sponsors several Altoona Rams competitive girls fastpitch teams during the summer. The Altoona Rams is comprised of the very best players from the Altoona Rams Softball League. The players and coaches are committed to excellence in softball and sportsmanship. The season generally runs from mid April through July. Practices officially start in March, but teams may choose to hold practices during the winter months. Practice and game schedules vary by coach and division. Teams generally practice two days a week and play tournaments on the weekends. Most teams will play between 5-7 tournaments. For more information regarding specific teams please visit each team page. You'll find rosters, coach contact information and tentative schedules for all teams. Come out and support the Altoona Rams.
